The Lauda Domini Choral Festival is a yearly gathering of the Evangelical youth choirs of the Romanian community from across the United States. This celebration is a dedication of praise and worship in honor of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Young choristers from various states come together to lift their voices and sing glory to God through songs and hymns written by Romanian composers such as Nicolae Moldoveanu, Jean Staneschi, Titus Adorian, Ioan Chismorie, Iovan Miclea, Daniel Stauceanu and others who lived lives of obedience to our Lord and were consecrated to Him. These godly men wrote the majority of their songs while at crucial points in their lives. Although these men are recognized as being heroes of faith, they all owe the grandeur of their lives to tremendous pain and suffering experienced while enduring harsh persecution under the Romanian Communist regime.
