Roaga-te si implicate in “bataliile critice pentru viata si libertate”!

Luna Noiembrie ne gaseste din nou implicati in cateva batalii critice pentru viata si libertate. Pot sa contez pe rugaciunile tale fierbinți in acest anotimp si in special in zilele mentionate aici? Asa de mult sta in cumpana! Șansele noastre sunt mici din punct de vedere omenesc, dar cu Dumnezeul nostru mare si tare totul este posibil.
Noiembrie 8: cetățenii din Mississippi vor vota in final asupra Amendamentului Constitutional Nr. 26, care declara ca VIATA începe la conceptie, si extinde dreptul constitutional de VIATA fiecărui om, inclusiv copiilor ne-născuți. Acest amendament a fost conceput de noi la Liberty Counsel, si in ultimii doi ani l-am aparat in tribunal cu succes pana la Curtea Suprema din Mississippi. Acum, in ajunul alegerilor, dusmanii VIEȚII cheltuiesc milioane de dolari in campania lor de atacuri si minciuni. Roagate ca Mississippi sa aleagă VIATA! Cred cu tot ce am in mine ca in generatia noastră vom pune sfârșit Holocaustului care a stins 53,000,000 de suflete inocente de la Roe v. Wade. Alegerile din Mississippi sunt un pas important si uriaș in aceasta cauza dreapta si Sfânta.
Noiembrie 9: voi pleda cazul lui Susan Pine la tribunalul federal din West Palm Beach. Îți aduci aminte ca guvernul American o judeca pe Susan pentru ca a “blocat” accesul la o clinica de avorturi. Susan se afla intr-o trecere de pietoni impartind literatura despre valoarea VIETII unor mame care se aflau doar la un pas de avort. O mașina a trebuit sa se oprească pentru DOUA SECUNDE ca sa astepte pe Susan sa se dea la oparte. Nimeni din masina nu s-a plâns, dar acum guvernul American, cu toată puterea si resursele lui, vine împotriva lui Susan pentru ca a “blocat” intrarea la clinica. Si, era sa uit, masina pe care Susan a “blocat-o” încerca sa între pe o strada cu sens unic/invers, adică ilegal! Vom cere tribunalului sa respinga acest proces politic împotriva lui Susan. Guvernul nostru va trimite TREI dintre cei mai buni avocati sa ne intimpine. Dacă esti in S. Florida si vrei sa vii sa te rogi pentru Susan si mine la acest proces public, lasa-mă sa știu si am sa iti transmit detalii. Churches, Christian Schools a Thing of the Past in Afghanistan
“The 2010 International Religious Freedom Report has revealed that Christian churches and schools no longer exist in Afghanistan.
The report, which is published annually by the U.S. State Department, states that the last remaining church was demolished in March 2010 and that only “[Private] chapels and churches for the international community of various faiths are located on several military bases…and at the Italian embassy.”
Religious freedom has been steadily eroding in Afghanistan, a country that is almost entirely made up of Muslims, while those in the nation’s minority Christian population have become the targets of rising societal ostracism and persecution. According to the State Department, most Afghan Christians are afraid to “state their beliefs or gather openly to worship.” Former Muslims who converted to Christianity are especially at risk of losing their marriages, extended family, and even their jobs…” Full article here

Iranian Pastor to Be Executed For Refusing to Convert to Islam
“An Iranian pastor is scheduled to be executed as early as Friday for refusing to convert back to Islam.
Youcef Nadarkhani, who was arrested in 2009 for the crime of apostasy, has reportedly been given three opportunities to recant his Christian faith. Although no verdict was reached after the pastor’s last hearing on Wednesday, September 28, some reports from the region suggest that he may be put to death by the end of the week.
His case has ignited worldwide interest and concern, as humanitarian and Christian rights groups, as well as the U.S. government, continues to advocate for his release. However, even if Nadarkhani’s death sentence is commuted, he still faces the possibility of life in prison…” Full article here

Musulmanii radicali : Legea “Sharia” este singura solutie pentru America
“Glenn Beck incerca de ceva vreme sa convinga pe americani ca exista pericolul implementarii legii “sharia” in America. Organizatiile musulmane organizeaza tot felul de conferinte menite de ai convinge pe “fratii si surorile” lor de iminenta nevoie a implementarii acestei legi in America. Televiziunile nationale nu se “deranjeaza” cu astfel de subiecte, dar multumita lui Glenn Beck avem cateva informatii despre cum ar putea fi viata traita in America, si nu numai , sub acesta lege…”

Victorie neasteptat de rapida pentru profesorul Jerry Buell

Astazi Dumnezeu nea binecuvantat cu o victorie mare si rapida pentru Jerry si pentru Libertate! Pe cand eram gata sa initiem un proces legal, Bordul Scolar din Lake County, Florida, sa razgandit, si a decis ca Jerry nu a incalcat nici o lege sau regula atunci cand a condamnat “casatoria” homosexuala pe Facebook. Bordul l-a disculpat pe deplin pe Jerry, si a terminat imediat suspensia lui. Pe cand veti citi acest mesaj Joi dimineata, Jerry deja va fi cu elevii lui la scoala!
La intalnirea cu Bordul astazi, mi-au spus ca campania noastra in mass media nationala a rezultat in mii si mii the telefoane, scrisori si comunicatii email, de prin toata lumea, cu toate cerand ca Jerry sa fie disculpat!
Jerry este nespus de fericit. Cand m-a imbratisat dupa anuntul victoriei, mi-a spus plangand ca nu stie cum ar putea sa-mi multumeasca. I-am spus doar sa-i multumeasca lui Dumnezeu, si fratilor lui in Hristos care ne sustin in lucrarea pe care of facem.
Jerry nu va putea sa primeasca inapoi cele trei zile pe care le-a pierdut cu elevii lui. Dar batalia aceasta, si victoria noastra fulgera, complecta si decisiva, reafirma drepturile Crestinilor sa-si marturiseasca credinta si constiinta, si credem ca va inspira pe multi altii sa stea drepti impotriva raului.

Dreptate pentru profesorul Jerry Buell

Poate ca unii dintre voi deja ati vazut sau citit despre Jerry Buell, clientul meu cel mai nou, in mass media nationala. Cazul lui reprezinta cel mai insolent si socant atac impotriva Libertatii pe care l-am intampinat in ultimul an.
Jerry este un profesor de liceu la Mount Dora High School in Lake County, Florida, la 30 de minute de Orlando. El si-a devotat viata elevilor sai, si a fost recunoscut si chiar premiat de multe ori pentru dedicatia lui extraordinara. Anul trecut Jerry a fost votat “Teacher of the Year” (adica “Profesorul Anului”) la Mount Dora High School.
Saptamana trecuta insa, Jerry a fost abrupt suspendat. Crima lui este ca a scris pe pagina lui personala la “Facebook” un comentariu scurt impotriva “casatoriei” homosexuale. Jerry a scris ca homosexualitatea este un pacat si ca aproape ca a vomitat cand a vazut cum doi barbati au fost “cununati” in New York. Comentariul lui Jerry a fost scris nu la servici, ci acasa, in timpul lui personal, pe calculatorul lui personal. Sentimentele personale pe care le-a impartasit cu “prietenii” lui pe “Facebook” sunt in linie cu majoritatea Floridienilor care au interzis si illegalizat “casatoria” homosexuala in constitutia statului.
Cineva insa l-a raportat pe Jerry la bordul scolar, care l-a suspendat imediat, constatand ca el nu este vrednic sa fie imprejurul copiilor, ca nu cumva un copil homosexual sa fie intimidat sau ofensat de Jerry, stiind de opinia lui “radicala” si “offensiva” cu privire la “casatoria” homosexuala. Ca si un criminal de rand, lui Jerry ii este interzis acum sa puna piciorul pe campusul scolar pana cand ancheta impotriva lui este rezolvata.
Nici daca as incerca nu as putea inventa o situatie mai ridicola si banala. Cazul lui Jerry are implicatii enorme pentru fiecare Crestin in Tara Libertatii. Constitutia Americana ne garanteaza dreptul de a vorbi in probleme de importanta nationala fara frica si fara intimidare. Este cel mai important si solemn drept in traditia Americana. Dar daca acum guvernul poate sa-l pedepseasca pe Jerry pentru ca si-a exprimat pozitia lui ca si Crestin impotriva homosexualitatii, atunci nimeni nu este ocrotit de o astfel de tiranie.
Nu putem permite un astfel de lucru in Tara Libertatii. Nu acum. Nu aici. Niciodata!
Suntem gata sa initiem un litigiu major in tribunalul federal impotriva lui Lake County School Board, pentru ca sa recuperam drepturile constitutionale furate de la Jerry. In acelasi timp, am lansat o campanie in mass media nationala si internationala, pentru ca sa aducem la lumina aceasta intoleranta si acest bigotism. Puteti gasi aici doar cateva din sutele de articole si comentarii scrise despre Jerry:

Michigan Muslim leaders oppose anti-Sharia bill
“DETROIT - Muslim leaders in Michigan are speaking out against legislation that would ban the implementation of foreign laws such as Islamic Sharia law.
The Detroit News reports that Democratic state Rep. Rashida Tlaib will oppose the bill introduced by Republican lawmaker Dave Agema. Tlaib is the first Muslim woman to serve in the Michigan Legislature.
The bill doesn’t specifically mention Sharia, which broadly refers to codes within the Islamic legal system. But Agema says it would be prohibited under the bill introduced in June.
Agema, who is not Muslim, says his bill would protect the “vast majority” of Muslims who “come to this country to get away from Sharia.”
Similar legislation has been proposed in about two dozen states.”

AZ Gov Issues Proclamation for Religious Freedom Day
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has issued a proclamation recognizing Sunday, January 16, 2011, as Religious
Freedom Day. Her proclamation calls upon Arizonians to “observe this day with appropriate events.”
Gateways State Coordinator for Arizona, Bernadette Gruber, requested the governor issue the proclamation.
“I was thrilled when the governor’s office called me to let me know they had approved my request and were going to issue the proclamation,” Bernadette said today. “This is an important step in promoting greater awareness of the religious freedom students and teachers have in our public schools across the state.”
Thanks to Bernadette’s work in Tucson, over 10,000 Free to Speak pamphlets will be distributed throughout the public schools and community; 30 churches are participating in Religious Freedom Day promotions; and 205 public school principals across the community will receive a six-page letter from the Alliance Defense Fund. The letter clarifies students’ and teachers’ religious liberties citing Supreme Court decisions.
