Retrial Ordered for Iranian Pastor Facing Death Sentence for Christian Beliefs
Iran’s Supreme Court has ordered a retrial for a pastor sentenced to death for refusing to renounce his Christian beliefs.
State media reported that the high court sent the case back to lower court because of concerns about the initial investigation.

Franklin Graham Denounces Death Sentence for Iranian Christian Pastor
International officials will be complicit in the death of Pastor Yosef Nadarkhani if they don’t join House
Speaker John Boehner, the White House, and others in demanding a reversal of the sentence, said Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse.
Pastor Yosef Nadarkhani refused to recant his Christian faith in an Iranian court for the third and final time Wednesday.
“I am resolute in my faith and Christianity and have no wish to recant,” he insisted, knowing full well that doing so could result in his death.

Iranian Pastor to Be Executed For Refusing to Convert to Islam
“An Iranian pastor is scheduled to be executed as early as Friday for refusing to convert back to Islam.
Youcef Nadarkhani, who was arrested in 2009 for the crime of apostasy, has reportedly been given three opportunities to recant his Christian faith. La intalnirea cu Bordul astazi, mi-au spus ca campania noastra in mass media nationala a rezultat in mii si mii the telefoane, scrisori si comunicatii email, de prin toata lumea, cu toate cerand ca Jerry sa fie disculpat!
Jerry este nespus de fericit. Cand m-a imbratisat dupa anuntul victoriei, mi-a spus plangand ca nu stie cum ar putea sa-mi multumeasca. I-am spus doar sa-i multumeasca lui Dumnezeu, si fratilor lui in Hristos care ne sustin in lucrarea pe care of facem.
Jerry nu va putea sa primeasca inapoi cele trei zile pe care le-a pierdut cu elevii lui. Dar batalia aceasta, si victoria noastra fulgera, complecta si decisiva, reafirma drepturile Crestinilor sa-si marturiseasca credinta si constiinta, si credem ca va inspira pe multi altii sa stea drepti impotriva raului.

Dreptate pentru profesorul Jerry Buell

Poate ca unii dintre voi deja ati vazut sau citit despre Jerry Buell, clientul meu cel mai nou, in mass media nationala. Cazul lui reprezinta cel mai insolent si socant atac impotriva Libertatii pe care l-am intampinat in ultimul an.
Jerry este un profesor de liceu la Mount Dora High School in Lake County, Florida, la 30 de minute de Orlando. El si-a devotat viata elevilor sai, si a fost recunoscut si chiar premiat de multe ori pentru dedicatia lui extraordinara. Anul trecut Jerry a fost votat “Teacher of the Year” (adica “Profesorul Anului”) la Mount Dora High School.
Saptamana trecuta insa, Jerry a fost abrupt suspendat. Crima lui este ca a scris pe pagina lui personala la “Facebook” un comentariu scurt impotriva “casatoriei” homosexuale. Jerry a scris ca homosexualitatea este un pacat si ca aproape ca a vomitat cand a vazut cum doi barbati au fost “cununati” in New York. Comentariul lui Jerry a fost scris nu la servici, ci acasa, in timpul lui personal, pe calculatorul lui personal. Sentimentele personale pe care le-a impartasit cu “prietenii” lui pe “Facebook” sunt in linie cu majoritatea Floridienilor care au interzis si illegalizat “casatoria” homosexuala in constitutia statului.
Cineva insa l-a raportat pe Jerry la bordul scolar, care l-a suspendat imediat, constatand ca el nu este vrednic sa fie imprejurul copiilor, ca nu cumva un copil homosexual sa fie intimidat sau ofensat de Jerry, stiind de opinia lui “radicala” si “offensiva” cu privire la “casatoria” homosexuala. Ca si un criminal de rand, lui Jerry ii este interzis acum sa puna piciorul pe campusul scolar pana cand ancheta impotriva lui este rezolvata.
Nici daca as incerca nu as putea inventa o situatie mai ridicola si banala. Cazul lui Jerry are implicatii enorme pentru fiecare Crestin in Tara Libertatii. Constitutia Americana ne garanteaza dreptul de a vorbi in probleme de importanta nationala fara frica si fara intimidare. Este cel mai important si solemn drept in traditia Americana. Dar daca acum guvernul poate sa-l pedepseasca pe Jerry pentru ca si-a exprimat pozitia lui ca si Crestin impotriva homosexualitatii, atunci nimeni nu este ocrotit de o astfel de tiranie.
Nu putem permite un astfel de lucru in Tara Libertatii. Nu acum. Nu aici. Niciodata!
Suntem gata sa initiem un litigiu major in tribunalul federal impotriva lui Lake County School Board, pentru ca sa recuperam drepturile constitutionale furate de la Jerry. In acelasi timp, am lansat o campanie in mass media nationala si internationala, pentru ca sa aducem la lumina aceasta intoleranta si acest bigotism. The words “God” and “Jesus Christ” banned in Sam Houston National Cemetery Memorial Day ceremony
As we remember and pay honor to all those who fought to make this a free nation I read that Arleen Ocasio, Director of the Sam Houston National Cemetery, has banned uttering the names “God” or “Jesus Christ” in burial ceremonies for the very men and women who gave their lives in the service of our country. This is a disgrace and violation of our First Amendment rights of free speech. Michigan Muslim leaders oppose anti-Sharia bill
“DETROIT - Muslim leaders in Michigan are speaking out against legislation that would ban the implementation of foreign laws such as Islamic Sharia law.
The Detroit News reports that Democratic state Rep. Rashida Tlaib will oppose the bill introduced by Republican lawmaker Dave Agema. Tlaib is the first Muslim woman to serve in the Michigan Legislature.
The bill doesn’t specifically mention Sharia, which broadly refers to codes within the Islamic legal system. But Agema says it would be prohibited under the bill introduced in June.
Agema, who is not Muslim, says his bill would protect the “vast majority” of Muslims who “come to this country to get away from Sharia.”
Similar legislation has been proposed in about two dozen states.”
American Citizen Kidnapped in Pakistan

An American citizen has been kidnapped from his temporary home in Lahore, Pakistan, according to police officials and the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan.
The man, who has been identified as Warren Weinstein, was abducted from his home in an area called Model Town by six masked gunmen on Saturday, August 13. Weinstein, who is employed by the Virginia-based consulting firm J.E. Austin Associates, has resided in Pakistan for the past seven years while working on a development project financed by the U.S. government.
The gunmen overpowered the guards who were stationed at the front gate, then stormed into the house and snatched Weinstein from his bedroom.
According to associates of Weinstein, he had made efforts to assimilate with the local culture by adopting the region’s dress style and speaking limited Urdu. Weinstein was scheduled to leave Pakistan on Monday, August 15…” Full article here

Saptamana asta, Dumnezeu ne-a dat din nou o mare victorie in Santa Rosa! Puterea terorizanta a lui ACLU in acest colt al Floridei a ajuns in final la un sfarsit dramatic.
Dupa cum va aduceti aminte, in 2009 am aparat cu sucess pe Michelle Winkler, Frank Lay si Robert Freeman, trei angajati din scoliile din Santa Rosa care au fost inculpati ca si criminali pentru ca s-au rugat la locul lor de munca. Victoriile acestea au fost publicate pe fond national, si ACLU a primit un ochi vanat. Dar lupta pentru Libertate abia incepuse. De atunci pana astazi am ramas implicati intr-o batalie crunta in Santa Rosa, incercand sa invalidam legea nedreapta responabila pentru aceste atrocitati constitutionale, pentru ca aceste adevarate crime impotriva Libertatii sa nu se mai intample niciodata.
Legea aceasta din Santa Rosa, conceputa de ACLU si semnata de tribunalul federal din Pensacola, a criminalizat orice expresie religioasa din scoliile publice din Santa Rosa. Chiar si zicala “God Bless You” a ajuns sa fie o crima. Vazand ce sa intamplat cu Michelle, Frank si Robert, profesorii din Santa Rosa au fost fortati literalmente sa se ascunda in dulapuri la lucru ca sa poata sa se roage impreuna pentru nevoile lor urgente. Spectatorii la concursuri sportive scolare nu puteau sa se roage nici macar pentru un elev ranit intr-un meci de fotbal. Si angajatii scoliilor au fost transformati in securisti, fortati sub amenintare juridica sa opreasca fortat orice rugaciune.
In ciuda victoriilor de partea lui Frank, Robert si Michelle, o Cortina de Fier a ramas peste cetatenii din Santa Rosa.
In ultimele trei luni, am intrat in pregatirile finale pentru procesul programat sa inceapa in 18 Iulie – proces care urma sa determine constitutionalitatea si dreptatea legii. Recunoscand implicatiile acestui caz pentru toata tara, organizatia ACLU (cu resursele ei nelimitate si bugetul anual de $80 milione de dolari) a dedicat NOUA avocati pentru acest caz, sprijiniti de o mica armata de secretare, asistenti, si functionari legali. Impreuna, acestia au incercat sa ne inunde si sa inece in documente, proceduri si manevre legale.
Dar persistand in cautarea Adevarului, lucrand 18 ore pe zi si aflandu-ne zilnic in Santa Rosa, noi am descoperit evidentele neleguirilor lor.
In ajunul procesului final, vazand semnele clare de infrangere, adversarii nostrii au capitulat si ne-au declarat invingatori! Legea nedreapta a fost anulata si schimbata, si Libertatea a fost intoarsa din exil. Astazi, in timp ce ne apropiem de Sarbatoarea Independentei, nici “God Bless You” nici rugaciunea voluntara nu mai sunt ilegale in scoliile din Santa Rosa! Copiii lui Dumnezeu din Santa Rosa nu mai sunt orfanii Constitutiei; in schimb ei au devenit mostenitori cu noi ai Libertatii garantate de Constitutie.
Slava Domnului nostru atotputernic pentru aceasta victorie minunata! Cuvintele lui Moise m-au sustinut mereu in aceasta lupta: “Nu va temeti de nimic, stati pe loc, si veti vedea izbavirea pe care v-o va da Domnul in ziua aceasta; caci pe Egiptenii acestia pe care-i vedetii azi, nu-i veti mai vedea niciodata.” (Ex. 14:13).
Iar daca credeti ca vestea aceasta nu poate fii si mai buna, sunteti gresiti! Singurul lucru mai bun dacat invingerea dusmanilor Libertatii este sa o facem pe buzunarul lor. Victoria aceasta ne intitula sub lege sa recuperam de la adversarii nostrii investitia enorma de timp (peste 2,000 de ore) si bani (zeci de mii de dolari) pe care ei ne-au fortat sa o facem in acest caz. Doi ani in urma, la inceputul acestui caz, le-am cerut sa ne intoarca Libertatea fara nici un ban, dar ei au refuzat categoric si au ras de noi. Astazi, pe langa faptul ca am redobandit Libertatea, legea ne acorda $265,000 (adica Doua Sute Saizeci si Cinci de Mii de Dolari !!!) pentru eforturile noastre. Cu siguranta, vom investii fiecare cent din aceasta suma in alte lupte critice impotriva lui ACLU si impotriva tuturor celor care se ridica impotriva Libertatii si impotriva copiiilor lui Dumnezeu.
Domnul nostru este Mare si Tare! Victoriile acestea sunt posibile numai cu ajutorul Lui, si numai prin rugaciunile voastre si sprijinul vostru credincios si neobosit.

Delta Accused of Discriminating Against Christians, Jews
“Delta Air Lines is under fire for the company it keeps.
The American Center for Law and Justice is outright demanding that Delta Air Lines put the kibosh on its partnership with Saudi Arabian Airlines. Why? The ACLJ says the airlines has discriminatory policies targeting Jews, Christians and women.
Under the Delta-Saudi arrangement, American Jews and non-Jews with an Israel stamp in their passport may be prohibited from flying into the country, which embraces Sharia Law and open discrimination.
And the ACLJ isn’t stopping there. The group is also asking the Federal Aviation Administration and Congress to investigate the prejudicial business deal. Christian Colleges Are Latest Target of Homosexual Activists
“Homosexual activists fighting for the acceptance of their lifestyle in every corner of society have found a prime target: Christian colleges and universities. A recent article in the Chicago Tribune reported on the formation of a support group for homosexual students at Wheaton College, one of the nation’s most prestigious evangelical universities. The organization, called OneWheaton, was launched as an effort to provide “a safe space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning” (LGBTQ) students, according to Wheaton alumni Kristin Winn, the group’s spokesperson.
According to the Tribune, Winn, a 2007 graduate, “said the idea for the group began last year as media coverage focused on the rise in teen suicide in the gay community. “Pakistani leader Shahbaz Bhatti has become the latest casualty in the ongoing fight against the country’s blasphemy laws.
The Federal Minister for Minorities was gunned down in his own vehicle while en route to a meeting on Wednesday. The attack came from several gunmen in another car, who stopped Bhatti’s vehicle and proceeded to open fire on him with automatic weapons.
Bhatti, the only Christian in the Cabinet, had been receiving death threats from Islamic extremists for his outspoken opposition to the nation’s controversial Islamic blasphemy laws, the penalties for which often range from fines to long-term imprisonment. Christian Convert in Afghanistan Freed
As reported by the New York Times and other sources, Said Musa, an Afghan man who had been in prison for the past eight months and faced death by hanging for converting from Islam to Christianity, has been released.
Under enormous international pressure, government officials in Kabul, Afghanistan, said they freed Said Musa. His release followed intense negotiations between the Afghan government and United States Department of State and members of Congress and other foreign embassies.

“Egypt (MNN) — While no one knows the political result of the unrest in Egypt, Christians are already feeling the effects of the riotous distraction. Assist News reports that 11 Christians were killed by radical Muslims, taking advantage of the lack of police protection. Tom Doyle with E3 Partners says, “It’s gang warfare out there, and there’s nobody to protect the citizens when the government or the police have either disbanded and are not functioning, or are consumed with just protecting the government institutions and the buildings. There’s nobody there to protect the people.” It’s unclear what the end of Mubarak’s rule would mean for religious minorities, but Christians fear a radical Egypt will mean fewer Christians, as seen in Iraq. However, quoting an Egyptian believer, Doyle believes God is going to use this for good. “Has there ever been a time in the history of Egypt where more believers in Jesus were praying for Egypt at once? We’re believing God is going to use this for His glory.” Doyle is encouraging Christians to fast and pray for Egypt.”

Azi se cultivă programatic neîncrederea, eliminarea sau batjocorirea discursului creştin, infiltrarea la vârf a ierarhiei ecleziale, aruncarea in derizoriu a iubirii de neam şi ţară, se realizeaza programe si politici mondiale de reducerea numarului populatiei, se practică tehnici de reeducare, de reformatare a harţilor cerebrale precum abuzul visual, şocul emoţional,violenţa gratuită (pe străzi sau în media), luatul peste picior al oricăror repere morale, instigarea categoriilor sociale una impotriva alteia, cultivarea panicii si a deznadejdii. Se realizeaza infrastructuri de urmarire si control, pentru a determina obedienta, frica constienta sau subconstienta, iar stirile din media sunt adevarate sedinte de propaganda, de expunere implicita sau explicita a unei agende de lucru.continuare aici
