“A House committee in Michigan has passed a bill granting homosexuals adoption privileges.
Last Wednesday’s vote approving “second parent” adoptions would allow unmarried or same-sex partners to jointly adopt a child. The bill was approved on a straight party-line vote — eight Democrats in favor, six Republicans opposed.”
